Our week.

Abby decided she needed a dress too after I made the baby sized one in the previous post. Well, she absolutely LOVES it! I made it last night and she wanted to wear it "to bed, then to school on Friday, the to church..." Eh, it may need to be washed sometime in between that, but she said "don't worry I wont wear it Saturday and you can wash it... I will remind you!" Thanks Abs.


I changed up the style of the sleeve a little, instead of putting elastic in I let it be. I think I like it...

This is the only pose I got... she said it was too cold outside...

She took it off to play outside;) Where she found "the first butterfly of spring!!!! And look, it is a Monarch butterfly, my favorite kind of butterfly!" I don't know if she killed it or not... it was pretty chill and just hung out on her finger for a while... but it did flutter it's wings every now and then, so maybe not??

Then there was Jack. He has had a rough week. First he burnt his eye on the rice cooker. Seriously kid?! There is an inch of hot and he managed to land right on it! Then two days later he was in the bathroom and jumped near the tub and, well, you can see the result. If this kid doesn't have a scratch or a bruise he must have stayed in bed that day. I swear it is something everyday with him!!

Ben had to go "emergency drill" at a coal mine on Saturday, from 5 am to 10 pm. He found out the night before he was to leave... He ended going back up on Monday too, this was taken I think on Saturday. It isn't the best picture of him (sorry, Ben:) But I think it is funny you can see where his visor and glasses were. He had on a special mask, but I dont think it did much good.

Anyway, that was our week, how was yours?
